1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Rego API System (“Service”) operated by Web V8 Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. License & Access
Each account and license issued through the Rego API System is domain-bound, non-transferable, and subject to expiry if payments are not maintained. Licenses include specific usage limits defined by your subscription plan. Usage resets automatically on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to share, sublicense, or redistribute your access credentials. Any attempt to circumvent restrictions, exploit bugs, or manipulate API limits will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
3. Payments & Renewals
All payments are processed through SureCart and are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Licenses will automatically expire at the end of a billing cycle if payment is not received.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription renewals, overages, or early termination. By subscribing to the Rego API System, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
5. Usage & Fair Access
You must use the Rego API System only for lawful purposes and within the usage limits set by your plan. Excessive, abusive, or automated use that affects system performance for others may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.
6. Termination & Expiry
Your account may be terminated or suspended immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse of the Service. Licenses will automatically expire if payment is not made by the renewal date. Reactivation will require a valid subscription.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. Web V8 Pty Ltd makes no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web V8 Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales.
